A local service business that needed to show up for every demolition and junk-removal search in San Diego County.
The challenge
Where the business started
Demo Diego is a demolition and junk-removal contractor serving all of San Diego County. Its customers search for a specific job in a specific place: 'garage demolition Carlsbad', 'junk removal North Park', 'pool removal cost San Diego'. A single-page site cannot rank for any of that, and the franchise competitors had a page for every city.
The business needed to appear for every service it offers in every city and neighborhood it serves, answer the cost questions homeowners ask before they call, and turn each visit into an estimate request or a phone call, on a phone, fast.
The approach
What we built and why
We built the site as data: 19 service definitions (demolition and junk removal) with price ranges, turnaround, what is included and FAQs; 13 service-area cities with zip codes and local text; 20 San Diego neighborhoods with landmarks, housing notes and FAQs; and 20 cost and how-to guides. Templates generate a page for each service, each city, each neighborhood and each service-in-city combination.
Every page carries the schema Google reads: HomeAndConstructionBusiness with areaServed, Service, FAQPage and BreadcrumbList. Every page has an estimate form that records which page the lead came from, and click-to-call in the hero, the navbar and the footer. A pricing page publishes real ranges.
The site is Next.js with static generation, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for measurement, and a middleware layer for redirects, so it loads fast on a phone in a driveway and reports what it produces.

- An estimate path on every page, tagged by source, so the owner sees which pages produce leads.
