Wedding planner websites · Free with hosting
A free website for your wedding planning business. You pay hosting, $50 a month.
Velour Web builds wedding planners anywhere in the US a hand-coded business website at no build fee: the only cost is hosting at $50 a month, billed $600 for the first year. Five to ten pages with an inquiry form that captures date, venue, guest count and budget, live in 2 to 4 weeks, and yours after the first year. It is your studio's site, not a couple's wedding website.
What a wedding planner website needs, and what we build
Couples do not hire a planner from a grid of photos. They read the services page to learn what full planning, partial planning and coordination include, look for a starting price, read the about page to decide whether they want you in the room on the day, and then fill in a form. The site is organized around that sequence.
Five to ten pages: home, about, a services and packages page with a starting price for each tier, a real weddings or portfolio page, an FAQ written from the questions couples ask on calls, and a contact page with the inquiry form. The form asks for the wedding date, the venue or whether one is booked, the estimated guest count, a budget range and how they found you, so your first reply is a real one instead of a request for details.
- Home page that says who you plan for, where, and from what price, in the first screen
- Services and packages page with full planning, partial planning and day-of coordination explained and priced from
- Real weddings page with venue and vendor credits on every gallery, which is what ranks for venue searches
- About page and FAQ written from a 30-minute interview, with FAQ schema so Google and AI search can quote your answers
- Inquiry form that captures date, venue, guest count and budget, plus tap-to-call and your Instagram
How it works
Step one is a free 20-minute call: which services you sell, which venues and cities you want to be found for, and whether you have weddings to show yet. Within one business day you get a written page map and a launch date to approve.
Step two is the build: design on one of our three layouts, pages written from an interview if you would rather not write them, the inquiry form, FAQ and business schema, your HoneyBook, Dubsado or Aisle Planner lead form connected if you use one, your Google Business Profile created or cleaned up, and launch on your own domain. There is no build invoice at any point.
Step three is hosting at $50 a month, billed $600 for the first year. Packages change, a new coordinator joins, a price moves: text us and the edit is made, included. After the first year it is month to month and the repository is handed to you.
What it costs, the whole list
Every number, so nothing turns up later.
- Build: $0. No deposit, nothing due at launch, no fee afterwards.
- Hosting: $50 a month, billed $600 for the first year and month to month from year two; it covers a global CDN, SSL, daily backups, uptime monitoring, security updates and DNS.
- Small text edits: included. Packages, prices, team, a photo swap, a new testimonial.
- Real changes such as a new page or a redesign: $120 an hour, or included on Growth.
- Growth, optional: from $549 a month with hosting included, for a new venue or city page every month and a monthly lead report.
- Domain: registered in your name, about $15 a year, paid to the registrar.
- Buyout: $999 any time, if you want the code before the first year ends.
Why it can be free
The design starts from a layout we have already built and tested on phones, which turns a week of design into a day, and the first year of hosting pays for the rest. Nothing is taken out: the inquiry form, the schema, the FAQ, the Business Profile and the speed are all in. We earn when you stay past the first year; a studio that is booking from its site is the only one that renews, which is a better incentive than a deposit.
The catch, in plain words
One: the first year of hosting, $600, is paid up front and is not refunded once the site is live. Two: the design is built on one of our layouts rather than from a blank canvas, adapted to your palette, type and photography, and approved on desktop and phone before any code is written. Three: your domain and your content are yours from the first day; the code repository is handed over after the first paid year, or on the day you pay the $999 buyout. The terms page says the same in contract language.
Not a catch: no theme or plugin licenses, no platform fee, no domain in our name, no commission on your bookings.
Who it is for
New planners who need a site before the first paid wedding. Day-of and month-of coordinators selling one package at a clear price. Planners whose Instagram is their only website. Planners on a Wix, Squarespace or Showit site that is slow on phones; the rebuild keeps your domain and redirects every URL that ranks. Planners anywhere in the US; we are based in San Diego and Los Angeles and the process runs on calls and email.
Event planners, corporate producers and party planners get the same offer with pages built around event types; that page is linked below. Planners who want to rank for dozens of venues and several cities should read about Growth on the pricing page; it includes this site.
Three layouts: Classic, Editorial, Minimal
Classic puts a full-width wedding photo first, with serif headings and a centered services summary, for full-service and luxury studios. Editorial reads like a magazine feature, with large type and asymmetric photo pairs, for planners with a strong point of view and good photography. Minimal is text-led, with small fast galleries and the packages table high on the page, for coordinators and new planners. You pick one on the call, we adapt it to your brand, and all three load in under a second on a phone.
Compared with Wix, Squarespace, Showit and a designer
As of October 2026, from the platforms' own price pages:
- Wix: Light from $17.77 a month on a yearly plan, Core $29.77, Business $39.77; the free plan keeps you on a wixsite.com address with Wix branding. You design, write and maintain it.
- Squarespace: Basic $19 a month billed annually ($25 monthly), Core $29, Plus $49, with a free domain for the first year on annual plans. Clean templates; you build and write it.
- Showit: from $22 a month billed annually ($27 monthly), $27 to $39 a month with a WordPress blog; planner designs are sold separately. Full design freedom, so more hours or a designer's invoice.
- A freelance designer on one of those platforms: typically $2,500 to $8,000 for a planner site, plus the subscription. An agency: five figures.
- Velour Web: $0 to build, $50 a month hosting billed $600 for the first year, hand-coded, written for you, under one second on a phone, yours after year one.

Business Websites
A custom website for a small business from Velour Web is a hand-coded, 5 to 10 page site built for a San Diego company that needs to be found on Google and get the phone to ring. The build is included with hosting at $50 a month, billed $600 for the first year and month to month after that, and the code is yours after the first year or on a $999 buyout. It goes live in 2 to 4 weeks and includes design, mobile-first build, quote forms, on-page SEO, the structured data and answer-first copy that ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's AI Overviews read, and Google Business Profile setup.

FAQ
Common questions
Is the website really free?
The build is. There is no deposit, no balance at launch and no fee later. The one cost is hosting at $50 a month, billed $600 for the first year and month to month after that, which covers hosting, SSL, backups, monitoring, security updates and small text edits.
Do I own my wedding planner website?
Your domain, your photos and your words are yours from day one. The repository follows after the first paid year, or on the day you pay the $999 buyout if you want it sooner. From then on you can keep hosting with us month to month or move the site anywhere; nothing is tied to a platform.
Can you move my Squarespace, Wix or Showit site?
Yes, and the rebuild is the same free build. We keep your domain, carry over the pages and galleries worth keeping, write 301 redirects for every URL with rankings or inbound links, and switch DNS on launch day, so Google treats it as the same site with better pages.
Should I show prices, and can I hide them?
We recommend a starting price for each package; it filters inquiries and it is what AI search quotes. If you prefer not to, the packages page describes each tier and the form asks for a budget range instead. Changing your mind later is a small text edit, included.
I have no weddings to show yet. Can you still build it?
Yes. A new planner's site leans on the about page, the services page and the process, with a styled shoot, a friend's wedding or design boards as the first portfolio. We write every page from a 30-minute interview, and adding galleries as you book is included.
Will it rank for 'wedding planner' plus my city?
The site launches with the structure that can: a page per service, the city in the right places, business and FAQ schema, a fast load, and a linked Google Business Profile. How quickly it ranks depends on your market and your reviews. Ranking for many venues and cities is what Growth adds, a page a month.
I plan events as well as weddings. One site or two?
One site, with a services page for weddings and one for events, each written for its own searches. Corporate producers and party planners who take no weddings get the event planner version of this offer, organized by event type with an RFP-style inquiry form.
