Web Apps & Software · Custom quote · Scoped per project
Velour Web builds custom web applications for San Diego businesses and startups: client portals, booking and scheduling systems, internal tools and full software products. We use Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL and Stripe, the stack behind Fiory.AI (formerly WPro.AI). Every project starts with a paid discovery sprint that produces a fixed-scope quote.
Some businesses outgrow a website. They need customers to log in, book, pay, upload files or track a job, or they have an idea for a product. We designed and launched Fiory.AI, a software platform for wedding florists with AI proposals, a client portal, e-signatures and billing, and we bring the same approach to smaller tools.

Timeline
Scoped per project
Final quote after a free 20-minute call. See pricing for what moves a project within the range.
Process
01
One to two weeks. We map the flows, sketch the screens and define the data. You get a fixed quote and a build plan.
02
Clickable designs of every screen, tested with you before code.
03
Working software every two weeks, on a staging URL you can use.
04
Production deployment, monitoring, and a support plan sized to the product.
Why it works
Software fails on scope, not code. The discovery sprint exists so both sides know exactly what is being built and what it costs before the expensive part starts. Building on the same stack as the largest sites on the web means the product can grow without a rewrite.
