Day-Of Coordinator Website: The Five Pages, the One Package, and Seven Real Examples
By Alexey Chasin · Updated October 17, 2026 · 8 min read
A day-of coordinator runs the logistics of a wedding the couple planned themselves, usually taking over four to eight weeks before the date, which is why most coordinators now call the same service month-of coordination. A coordinator's website needs five pages, one clearly priced package and an inquiry form that asks for the date and the venue. The seven real coordinator sites below publish starting prices from $1,295 to $3,495.
Coordination is the most searched and least understood wedding service. Couples type 'day of coordinator near me' expecting someone who shows up on the morning of the wedding; coordinators know the job starts a month out with vendor confirmations and a timeline. A coordinator's website has to close that gap in the first screen, name a price, and make the inquiry take thirty seconds. Everything below is about those three jobs.
Day-of versus month-of, in one paragraph
Day-of coordination is the service where you take a wedding the couple planned, build the timeline, confirm every vendor, run the rehearsal and manage the day. Month-of coordination is the same service with the start date said honestly, four to eight weeks out, and sometimes one or two meetings added. Partial and full planning start months earlier and include design and vendor selection. Say which one you sell in the first sentence of the site, because the couple does not know the difference and the search engines rank the page that explains it.
The five pages a coordinator site needs
| Page | What goes on it | Why it books |
|---|---|---|
| Home | One sentence: coordinator, city, when you start. The package with its starting price. Three reviews. The form. | Most couples never leave the homepage; it has to be able to close |
| The package | Name, starting price, when you take over, hours on site, number of coordinators, what is included, what is extra, add-ons with prices | Price questions are the first email; answer them before it is sent |
| About | Your name, your face, how many weddings, which venues, why coordination and not full planning | Coordination is a trust purchase; the couple is hiring a person |
| Reviews and venues | Reviews with a source, and a list of venues you have worked, each a sentence | Venue names are what couples search, and what venue managers check |
| FAQ and contact | The questions you answer every week, then the inquiry form | The FAQ is what AI search quotes; the form is the conversion |
One package, priced
Coordinators who print a starting price get fewer inquiries and book more of them. The pattern across the sites below is one package, sometimes two, with a 'starting at' figure and a list of what it includes: when you take over, how many hours on site, whether a second coordinator is included, rehearsal coverage, vendor confirmations, the timeline, an emergency kit. Extras get their own prices: a second location, extra hours, a venue that is a blank slate. The range on the seven sites below runs from $1,295 in Minneapolis to $3,495 in Dallas, and every one of them states the number.
The inquiry form that qualifies
A coordination inquiry needs four facts before the first call: the wedding date, the venue (booked or not), the guest count, and whether a planner is already on record, because a coordinator working under a full planner is a different job from a coordinator working alone. Add the budget range for coordination and a free-text box for anything else. Ask for the date first; a coordinator who is booked that Saturday can answer in one line and save both sides a call.
Seven real coordinator websites
Each of these was opened on October 17, 2026, and the note records what the page said that day, including the prices as printed.
- At Your Side Planning (San Diego): Wedding Day Management starting from $2,000: work begins the month before, two coordinators, up to ten hours, a rehearsal hour and vendor confirmations. Month Of Planning from $3,000 begins two months out and adds two meetings including a site visit and a final-details meeting. The add-ons are printed, $250 for a second location, $250 for an outside caterer or rentals, and the page says which venues the package is not available for.
- Beautiful Day Planning (Rochester, Michigan): The page opens with the number, 'Our month of coordination packages begin at $2000', then walks the couple through the timeline: a vendor list during planning, a call thirty days out, an in-person meeting seven to ten days out, vendor contact the week of, and a lead coordinator plus an assistant on the day, with an eight-hour or an unlimited-hours option.
- Your Perfect Bridesmaid (Portland, Seattle and Phoenix): The Signature package 'starts at $2850' and the page lists the service levels as numbers: ten on-site hours, two on-site planners, three planning meetings, one rental meeting, one venue walkthrough, with a planning portal and unlimited email. Three inquiry paths are offered, a consultation, a proposal, or a question, and the menu has a page per city.
- MAVEN (Minneapolis): Day of Coordination starting at $1,295, with the coordinator starting about six weeks before the wedding, sits next to three larger packages priced at $2,995, $5,390 and $6,290, so the couple can see the ladder. The first sentence is 'We don't take ourselves too seriously, but we take our work very seriously.'
- Wedded Details (Chicago, Naperville and Elgin): Two priced routes on one page: a partner coordinator for a $2,899 total fee, or free training for a friend or family member who will coordinate, for $899. The FAQ adds a flat $2,499 for weddings under 200 guests and a payment plan that starts at $499. An instant-quote form returns a number on screen, and the service area is listed by county and by town.
- Double Blessing Weddings + Events (Dallas): Three prices on the homepage, Wedding Coordination starting at $3,495, Partial Planning from $6,000, Full Planning from $10,000, under a headline that names the niche, 'Dallas wedding planners for Christian couples'. Reviews live on a page called Love Notes.
- DPNAK Events (Philadelphia and Bucks County): A coordination-first studio with two offers, Signature Coordination marked 'Most Popular' and hourly Strategy Sessions, plus a free consultation. Award badges from WeddingWire, The Knot, Zola and Equally Wed sit on the homepage; the price is given on the call rather than the page.
What the seven have in common
Six of the seven print a starting price. All seven say when the coordinator takes over. Five state the number of hours on site and the number of coordinators. Four print the add-on prices. Three list the service area as towns and counties rather than a radius. Every one of them has the inquiry form or a button to it within one scroll of the price. That is the whole formula: say when you start, say what it costs, say what is included, make the form easy.
The three layouts we build on
For coordinators we almost always build Minimal: one long page that works as the homepage and the sales page together. The first screen says coordinator, city and when you take over. The second screen is the package with the starting price, the inclusions and the add-ons. Then the venues you have worked, five reviews with a source, the FAQ, and the form. Classic adds separate pages for the package, about, reviews and FAQ, which suits a coordinator who also sells partial planning. Editorial is for coordinators with a photographer's worth of real weddings to show. All three load in under a second on a phone and carry the FAQ as structured data, which is what Google's AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Gemini quote when a couple asks what a day-of coordinator does and costs.
A free website for coordinators
Coordinators are the planners with the least budget for a website and the most to gain from one, because coordination is bought on search and on price. We build coordinators a free website, included with hosting at $50 a month, billed $600 for the first year and month to month after that, with no build fee. The page list above, your package with its price, the form that asks for the date and the venue, and the structured data, live in 2 to 4 weeks. The code is yours after the first paid year or for a $999 buyout any time. We are based in San Diego and Los Angeles and build for coordinators anywhere in the US.
